In this hybrid, interactive workshop, participants will learn about the basic components of business planning and have time to work on their own business plan. Together, we will learn how to create a simple budget and project description. Participants will receive a budget template, and all activities can be modified based on where you are in your business planning journey. All levels welcome!
Instructor's bio: Brit Campese (she/her) has been working in the nonprofit sector for more than 20 years and has provided fundraising, consulting, and training services to hundreds of individuals and organizations across the United States. Brit is dedicated to love, social justice, and collective liberation, and works hard every day to help build skills and secure resources with individuals and communities that are doing the most visionary work.
