Celebrate spring with the Compost community and go home a composter!
This year's Compost Fair will be held in Thompson Park (see map below) in conjunction with the 4-H Duck Race. Admission to both events is FREE and open to the public.
At the Compost Fair, there will be information and demonstrations of beginner and advanced composting techniques, opportunities to speak with Master Composters, and a network of people working on waste reduction and sustainability. Several partner organizations, gardening and sustainability groups will join us. Come connect with us and get your questions answered!
The Compost Fair is perfectly timed to help you start your garden. You can learn a lot, and gain access to many local resources. Learn how to make compost, use compost, and more. With all ages entertainment, animals, and games, the event will be fun for the whole family. All attendees will be eligible to win fabulous compost prizes. Get what you need and go home a composter!
