Claire Burnet is interested in popular education, climate change learning, and community resilience. Before joining CCE Tompkins, she worked in National Parks and nonprofits developing and delivering adult education and stewardship initiatives.

At CCE Tompkins, Claire leads education and outreach focused on participatory democracy in Ithaca. Her work seeks to identify new strategies for local-level deliberation on climate change impacts and policy.
