Agricultural Conservation Easements: Site Plan Workshop (Zoom Meeting)

  • Tuesday, July 9, 2024, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Hear from the New York Agricultural Land Trust about how to create a farm site plan for the state farmland protection implementation grant program. This workshop is intended for people who are applying for state funding to protect their farmland. Pre-applications for the grant are due by August 2nd. You can find out more information about the grant program and pre-application process at ccetompkins.org/agriculture/farmland-protection. The site plan is a key part of the application for this grant. The workshop will help landowners think through their long-term plans for their land and how to meet the state's requirements for site plans. 

The workshop will take place on Tuesday July 9th OR July 23rd, depending on weather (aiming for a rainy day!).
