Beautification Brigade Orientation

  • Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 18, 2026, 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

The Beautification Brigade takes care of public flower plantings in Ithaca. Have fun, learn gardening techniques, and help keep Ithaca gorgeous. No experience required.

The Orientation will be about an hour long, with time for questions at the end. We will introduce you to the Beautification Program and our sites, share information about our volunteer sessions and how to register, and show the short, CCE-mandated training video for all volunteers. The orientation will take place in person at Cornell Cooperative Extension Tompkins County, in Room A, on Tuesday, March 11, 2026 and Wednesday March 18, 2026.

You only need to attend one of the orientation meetings. The information presented will be the same on both dates.
