Join in a series of free workshops and learn new skills to help you feel your best!

Healthy for Life® workshops, taught by our nutrition educator Tina, will share how to:

Make and enjoy tasty recipes

Shop smart and save money

Find easy ways to get active at your own pace

Start building healthy habits that last

The 10-workshop series will take place 4-5:30 pm Tuesdays, January 14-March 18. Space is limited — sign up early by emailing Tina Snyder at tmf8@cornell.edu.

Healthy for Life® workshops are available for youth grades 3-12 in schools providing reduced cost or free meals, AND parents, guardians, or young adults (age 18-25) who participate in any of the following: SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, Head Start, free or reduced price school meals and other limited resource benefits.
