The Healthy Eating Support Program is here to provide support for the challenges of sustained healthy eating. Our Healthy Eating Support Community (HESC) meetings will be a space where you can engage with fellow peers who have personal experience with sustained healthy habits and receive advice on how to create and sustain healthier eating habits.
Join us every other Thursday to build a community of folks supporting each other in eating for better health outcomes. No registration required, and you don't need to have attended previous meetings. All are welcome!
