Tompkins Families invites you to to our monthly meeting of Coalition for Families! This space brings together community members, parents and professionals to explore topics relevant to the wellbeing of families.

Winter Blues & Mental Health: Learn about MHA's Family Peers Support Program 

If you’re raising a child or young adult facing social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges, the Mental Health Association’s Family Peer Support program can help. It offers:

  • Personalized support tailored to your family’s unique needs.
  • Connections to helpful services, activities, training opportunities, and other families with similar experiences.
  • Compassionate listening without judgment, respecting your ideas, preferences, and decisions.
  • Advocacy support to help navigate schools, healthcare systems, and other agencies on behalf of your child.
  • And more!
