Tompkins County Public Library, in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension, is pleased to offer “A Fresh Start with SNAP-Ed New York” on Tuesday, January 17 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the BorgWarner Community Room.
SNAP-Ed, the education arm of the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, provides free programming on a variety of nutrition topics. This workshop, led by Cornell Cooperative Extension educators, will focus on the basics of creating a healthy lifestyle in 2023 and in the years to come. A food demonstration and tastings will be included!
