NYSEG has enhanced incentives for Lansing residents to install heat pumps
You may know that Lansing has a gas moratorium in effect—meaning no new gas connections and the need to reduce gas use overall to ensure reliability for everyone—but did you know that on top of heat pump incentives available to all its customers, NYSEG is offering additional incentives for Lansing residents and some of the neighboring communities? That's right, even areas of Dryden and Ithaca qualify for partial incentives—on top of NYSEG's regular incentives available to everyone!
Come learn about the incentives, all the projects in the Lansing “Non-Pipes Alternatives” portfolio, and how heat pumps can work for you!
Join us Wednesday, November 15th, 7-8:30pm at the Village of Lansing municipal offices for a community meeting hosted by Cornell Cooperative Extension - Tompkins County, the Village of Lansing, NYSEG, and Earth Sensitive Solutions.
It’s free, with light snacks and the opportunity to ask all your questions!
