Public Input Opportunities

City of Ithaca Mobility, Accessibility and Transportation Commission is charged with providing Common Council with engaging in community outreach and receiving community input on issues related to mobility, accessibility, and transportation. Regular meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in Common Council Chambers, 3rd floor, City Hall, 108 E. Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850. Ithaca Tompkins County Transportation Council regularly seeks public input for long term planning to address energy, environmental, economic and social justice issues in our community. The Council is currently updating a long range transportation plan, opportunities to give input will be provided periodically.Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month, at the Transit Center, 737 Willow Ave., Ithaca, N.Y. Go to the ITCTC website for schedule updates and to learn more about their mission, goals and scheduled meetings.
- TCAT’s Riders Advisory and Accessibility Committee typically meets on the 2nd Monday of the month from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at TCAT, 737 Willow Avenue, Ithaca. Riders and members of the TCAT team meet once a month to discuss current issues and future projects. For more information, go to TCAT website.

Tompkins County Transportation Equity Coaltion is comprised of representatives from local transportation service providers and programs working to advance equity in transportation within Tompkins County. The coalition recently shared a report on the Transportation Equity Needs Assessment.
