Drought Tolerant Garden

This garden has had many lives over the years- Butterfly garden, Annual garden, before transitioning into a Drought Tolerant garden that was run for many years by Master Gardener Margaret Bald. As the garden that surrounds the front door of the CCE Tompkins building, this garden continues to evolve to include more drought-tolerant and visually beautiful species. The heat from the parking lot and the side of the building give this garden a unique and challenging microclimate.
