When the homeowners purchased this building in 2007, it was in need of a lot of work. Most of the first floor was gutted and refinished to improve insulation and flow through the house, new hardwood floors were installed, a porch and a deck were constructed, stairs were rebuilt, and walls were torn down. The end result is a much more energy efficient home.
